The Script of this recording is given here below:
Close
the eyes and relax into the natural flow of the breathing. Enjoy the
affirmation: “I can be aware of my breathing and let it be. I’m learning to
let go and let Life breathe me.”
Empathize with the feeling of each exhalation.
Allow relaxation to happen as the air flows out. With each
exhalation, natural breathing teaches acceptance and letting go.
At
first there is physical relaxation. Any part of the body that feels tense,
it can empathize with the feeling of the exhalation, and let go. Little bit,
by little bit, the letting go becomes mental, as the mind quiets down.
Gradually, the letting go takes on a spiritual quality of surrender, as if
“not me breathing me, but life breathes me.
The
more profoundly the letting go of the air flowing out, the easier the
incoming breath as comes on its own. Receiving and accepting the naturally
incoming breath, learning to trust inspiration.
“I am
aware of my breathing and I let it be. I trust these inspirations and let
Spirit breathe me..”
Feeling thankful for each incoming breath, coming freely, a gift from life.
Allowing, . . . enjoying, . . . appreciating, . . . accepting the pleasure
of breaths given from the Spirit of Life.
Experimenting with the feeling of gratitude. Gratitude feels good. Enjoying
the feeling. Gratitude grows more real the more it is enjoyed. Gratitude
feels good in the heart. Enjoying the good feeling in the heart,
appreciating the gratitude, smiling.
Gratitude awakens the heart. The heart responds to gratitude the way a
flower responds to the sun… warming, softening, expanding, unfolding,
blossoming with love. Enjoying the feeling of love flowing from the heart.
Letting go, trusting, and accepting natural breathing, becoming an open
channel of Life, of Spirit. Being grateful, appreciative, becoming a
trustworthy and open channel of love. Enjoying the feeling of letting the
love overflow from your heart. Feeling an abundance of love. Love is all
there is, dissolving in the sea of love. Allowing the mouth to form a little
smile.
An
abundance of love flowing now, the heart naturally reaches out to share this
love. Allowing the heart to reach out and make a heart connection with the
posted “Selected Important Question.” Imagine the heart embracing the
“Selected Important Question” with its heart wings of love.
Embracing the question and drawing it into the heart. Imagine caring about
the selected, but unrevealed, question, as it exists now in the heart.
Wishing for a soul reflection on this question, a commemoration of wisdom
gained from experience.
A
life is an abundance of experiences. Every one of these experiences is a
seed of wisdom. The soul reviews memories to grow wisdom. Like an oyster
growing a pearl, the soul grows wisdom from past experiences. The soul uses
memories, bringing needed inspiration.
Let
natural breathing continue while trusting the inspirations. Asking Soul to
direct into awareness a memory of a specific past experience. A memory,
often trivial or unremarkable, will come providing a seed of wisdom. This
seed of wisdom will provide guidance for the “Selected Important Question.”
Mentally affirming now:
“Soul
is directing into awareness a memory of a specific past experience. Even a
trivial memory will stimulate helpful insights about the “Selected Important
Question”
Accepting the first memory that comes. On the count of three, accepting,
trusting, noting that first memory that comes… one, two, three, accepting
that first memory.
Noting the memory. What was the first image that came to mind for this
memory? What led up to the situation? What happened? How did it turn out?
Relaxing now. Enjoying the comfort of the natural breathing. Feeling
grateful to be here now. Listen to the heart as it explores the truth that
lies in this memory. Listen to what can be learned from this memory today.
Listen as the heart finds an important message in the memory. It is an
important teaching parable with significance for today.
OK,
now, opening the eyes. Taking a deep breath, stretching, sitting up. Writing
promptly now, noting the memory and its meaning for today.
Now
checking to discover the “Selected Important Question.” When the question is
revealed, finding the answer in the memory received.
