      The  Community  Dream  Journal   is  committed to
fostering creative and true means for establishing rapport with dreams.  To  actualize  this  aim,  it  is necessary and appropriate to test these experimental methods with adventuresome participating subscribers. We hope that many of you will actually attempt the proposed experiment and inform us of the results you observe—both positive and negative. And if for any reason you find the proposal personally unsuitable or objectionable, we hope that you will write and tell us about it, perhaps suggesting constructive alternatives.
A report of the participants' observations and reactions
to the experiment will be prepared by the project's author and will be published in a future issue of the Journal. The feedback circuit needed for learning from
research will thus be established.
      For our first proposed experiment, we are fortunate to have available the creative efforts of Ms. Gayle Delaney, a resident of San Francisco. Gayle graduated with Highest Honors from Princeton University, with her
